Custom Items Returns Policy
All club/team kit is made to order and customised specifically for you and your team, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us by email (apexcustomclothing@gmail.com) straight away (within 7 days of receipt of your delivery) with details of the issue. We may request photos or additional information to assess the fault.
Where necessary, we may ask for the item to be returned to us for further inspection. In such cases, the item must be returned within 14 days of our request for review.
Once the item has been received and assessed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non returnable and non refundable.
In Stock Items
If you wish to return an "In Stock Item", you must contact us by email (apexcustomclothing@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order, to request a return.
Items must be returned within 14 days of your return being approved. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, in a resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process either an exchange or a refund, depending on your preference.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item and ensuring that it reaches us safely. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
