The story of how Apex Edge Nutrition started 10 years ago..... After launching our development team we wanted our athletes to be using the very best sports nutrition, not just in competition but more importantly for training and recovery. After many months of research and real life testing we had the products that went on to power the likes of Adam and Simon Yates, Hugh Carthy and Chris Lawless etc etc. We found it wasn't just about Carbs and Protein, but also the addition of ingredients that help the body utilise different energy sources when training / competing and most importantly the products that help the body to recovery and adapt. Its an old saying but if you put the right fuel in the engine then it will perform better!
